görhe - sweet corn flour pie – slatka pita od kukuruznog brašna





this cake brings me back to the days of childhood, 
my Grandmother used to bake it and 
I still feel the unforgettable taste of roasted sweet corn  in my mouth that do not allow to stop eating until the last slice,

this is the cake for those who love corn in any form.



it's necessary:


500 g of corn flour
3/4 l milk
250 g of sugar
1 dl oil
3 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
1 baking powder


preparation:


heat the milk to be boiling, and 

pour the corn flour,

mix and

leave to cool,

foam whisk sugar and eggs,  

add oil,

unite with corn and

then add the flour mixed with baking powder,

all mix well and 

pour into a greased baking sheet

bake at 175-180 ° C for twenty minutes (until golden brown or a toothpick does not stay dry when the stab in the dough)

we can sprinkle with powdered sugar but not required.







ovaj kolač me vraća u dane detinjstva,
 
baka ga je pravila i
još uvek osećam u ustima nezaboravan ukus reš pečenog slatkog kukuruza koji ti ne dozvoljava da staneš sa jelom sve do poslednjeg parčeta,

to je kolač za one koji vole kukuruz u bilo kom obliku. 


potrebno je:


500 g kukuruznog brašna
3/4 l mleka
250 g šećera
1 dl ulja
3 jaja
4 kašike pšeničnog brašna
1 prašak za pecivo


priprema:

kuvamo mleko da provri i

poparimo kukuruzno brašno,

ostavimo da se ohladi,

umutimo šećer i jaja i

dodamo ulje,

sjedinimo sa kukuruzom,

potom dodamo brašno u koje smo umešali prašak za pecivo,

sve dobro izmešamo i

sipamo u nauljeni pleh,

pečemo na 175 - 180° C dvadesetak minuta (dok ne porumeni ili čačkalica ne ostane suva kada je zabodemo u testo)


možemo posuti prah šećerom ali nije obavezno.
