Nedavno se okupio jedan deo moje porodice i
naravno to je podrazumevalo da se treba napraviti i slatko posle ručka.
Nije mi se dalo peći nešto komplikovano pa sam
odlučila da ispečem palačinke ali,
zar obične palačinke, pa makar one bile i sa
orasima???
Ne, to ne dolazi u obzir.
Pa šta onda?
ŠATO od belog vina,
iznenada mi je sinula ideja, to je nekako
svečano, francuski a naravno i moji su zaboravili kako to izgleda s obzirom da
ga davno nisam pravila.
I iznenađenje je uspelo, svi su bili
oduševljeni, evo preporučujem i vama.
potrebno je:
2 dcl belog vina
1 dcl vode
sok od pola limuna i kora (nije obavezno)
1 kašičice brašna
10 dkg šećera
2 jajeta
izrada:
1.sve sastojke stavimo u jednu šerpu i
2.dobro umutimo
3.tada šerpu stavimo kuvati iznad kipuće vode
4.mikserom mutimo i
5.kuvamo sve dok cela masa ne postane penasta – ne da provri
6.sipamo u činiju i
7.poslužimo toplo
odličan je kao preliv preko palačinki ali i rolata i piškote
