This pie is quite sweet in origin so I reduced the amount
of sugar,
otherwise is quick and easy, tasty and plentiful and
not so expensive
it's necessary:
3 whole eggs
12 tablespoons sugar
12 tablespoons milk
12 tablespoons oil
12 tablespoons flour
1-2 tablespoons cocoa
1 baking powder
dressing:
500 ml of milk
10 tablespoons of sugar - according to the original
recipe of 20
topping:
1 sachet of cream
1 dl of cold milk from the fridge
preparation:
with mixer, beat 3 eggs with 12 tablespoons of sugar
add 12 tablespoons of milk and
12 tablespoons oil
separately mix 12 tablespoons of flour with 1 to 2
tablespoons of cocoa and 1 baking powder
pour the flour into the eggs and milk and stir well
pour into greased baking pan and bake 25 minutes at 175 °
C
while beaking the pie, cook half a liter of milk with 10 tablespoons of
sugar,
when you remove the dough from the oven slowly topping
milk pour over dough - spoon by spoon,
allow to cool completely, then cut the pie into cubes,
let it sit for a bit to absorb all the milk or even owernight,
beat the cream before serving and lay over the pie

potrebno je:

1kesica šlaga
1 dl hladnog mleka iz frižidera
priprema:
umutite mikserom 3 jajeta sa 12
kašika šećera
dodajte 12 kašika mleka i
12 kašika ulja
posebno pomešajte 12 kašika
oštrog brašna sa 1 do 2 kašike kakaoa i praškom za pecivo
sada sipajte brašno u jaja i
mleko i dobro promešajte
sipajte u podmazan pleh i pecite
25 minuta na 175°C
dok pečete testo, skuvajte pola
litre mleka sa 10 kašika šećera,
kad izvadite testo iz rerne
polako preliv od mleka prelijte preko testa – kašiku po kašiku,
ostavite da se sasvim ohladi i tada
pitu izrežite na kocke,
pustite da malo odstoji da se
upije svo mleko ili čak prenoći,
