cottage cheese patella – pogačice sa sirom




very simple patella,


you need only 3 ingredients and a little salt,
you can make the dough few days earlier and 
keep it in the fridge until you decide to bake,
they have become an integral part of New Year's menus in our house,
that was the case this year too, 
we enjoyed the wonderful taste while we waited for the holiday dinner


for patella we need:

500 g flour
500 g butter
500 g of fresh cottage cheese
2 small flat teaspoon salt

preparation:

  1.crumble the flour with margarine  

  2.add salt, mix

  3.add cheese and knead the dough

  4.stretch it into a square,
     fold into 3 parts as strudel,
     then with the left side switch to half the dough and
     then the remaining part of the dough switch to the right
     to get three layers

  5.leave in the fridge for half an hour

  6.when the time has passed again extend and bend the
dough
     repeat the same way once again in total 3 times,
     then you can bake or leave tightly closed in the fridge

  7.if you want to bake, extend it to a thickness of about 8 -10 mm

  8.remove the small patellas with modl patella

  9.brush them with egg white

10.bake at 175 ° C until become light golden brown







veoma jednostavne pogačice
portebna je samo 3 namirnice i malo soli
možete testo napraviti nekoliko dana ranije i držati ga u frižideru dok se ne odlučite da ga pečete

one su postale sastavni deo Novogodišnjeg menia u našoj kući.
tako je bilo i ove godine, 
uživali smo u predivnom ukusu dok smo čekali prazničnu večeru

za ove pogačice je potrebno:

500 g brašna
500 g margarina
500 g svežeg kravljeg sira
2 male ravne kašičice soli

izrada:

  1.brašno i margarin udrobite
  
  2.dodajte so, pomešate
  
  3.dodajte sir i umesite testo

  4.razvucite testo u kvadrat
     savijete ga u 3 dela u štrudlu
     pa zatim s leve strane preklopite testo do pola a potom
     preostali deo preklopite na desno da dobilete tri sloja

  5.ostavite u frižider na pola sata
  
  6.kada je prošlo vreme razvucite ponovo i
     savijte na isti način
     ponivote to još jednom
     ukupno savijate 3 puta,
     potom ga možete peći ili ostaviti dobro zatvorenog u frižider

  7.ako želite da ga pečete,razvucite ga na debljinu od oko 8-10 mm                                                     

  8.vadite malom modlom pogačice

  9.premažite belancetom

10.pecite na 175°C dok blago ne porumene
