1 vanilla sugar
2 cups of sugar (1 cup = 2dcl)
1 cup milk
1 cup melted butter or margarine
1 baking powder
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon – if you like
400 gr. chopped dried fruit - apricots, raisins, cranberries .....
100 gr chopped chocolate
chopped peel of 1 unsprayed lemon
chopped peel of 1 unsprayed orange
sugar powder for dusting
preparation:
mix 3 egg whites and
gradually, one by one, add the egg yolks,
add gently the milk, sugar and dissolved butter,
mix flour and baking powder together and
slowly add to the mixture,
slowly add chopped dried fruits and the chocolate,
lemon and orange peel,
oil a baking sheet with butter or margarine,
sprinkle with flour and pour the cake,
heat the oven to 175-180 degrees and bake about half an hour,
it is baked when a toothpick remains dry when it is sticked into the cake,
when it is cooled sprinkle with powder sugar,
serve with white or black coffee, cocoa or tea.

za ovu prelepu poslasticu potrebno je:
3 jajeta
1 vanilij šećer
2 šolje čećera od 2dcl
1 šolja mleka
1 šolja otopljenog putera a može i margarin
1 prašak za pecivo
3 šolje brašna
1 supena kašika cimeta - ne mora
400 gr. seckanog suvog voća - kajsije, grožđice, brusnica.....
100 gr seckane čokolade
trenisana kora od 1 neprskanog limuna
trenisana kora od 1 neprskane pomorandže
prah šećer za posipanje
izrada:
3 belanca ulupati pa postepeno, jedan po jedan, dodati žumanca
postepeno dodati šečer
dodati mleko i otopljeni puter
izmešati brašno i prašak za pecivo i pažljivo dodati u smesu
lagano dodati seckano suvo voće te trenisanu koru limuna i pomorandže
dobro namazati pleh puterom ili margarinom,
posuti ga brašnom i uliti masu
peći na 175 - 180 stepeni oko pola sata.
pečeno je kada čačkalica ostane suva kada je zabodete u testo,
kada se ohladi pospite prah šećerom,
služiti uz belu ili crnu kafu, kakao ili čaj
