cream with strawberries – krema sa jagodama





refreshing, light cream for hot days, but it’s delicious in winter too


it is necessary:

3 pack baby biscuits
1 kg of strawberries, may be less
3 dl of milk for soaking biscuits


cream:

6 eggs
200 grams of sugar
2 vanilla sugar
100 grams flour
1 l milk


preparation:

1.egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar mix well,

2.add the flour and milk,

3.cook over medium heat with constant stirring,
   cook until it boils and a few minutes more taking care not to make 
   lumps (if it's happened then break them with mixer),

4.mix sturdy snow from egg whites and

5.unite it slowly with yolks while they are sill hot so the egg whites will be cooked.


now put all together:

1.on the bottom of the bowl put the broken biscuits,

2.pour them with a little milk, turn them to soak the milk,

3.now put washed and cleaned strawberries, cut in 2 or 4 pieces depending on the        size,

4.then put cream,

5.than again biscuits soaked in milk, strawberries, cream ......

6.finished with cream,

7.decorate with strawberries and (or) whipped cream

keep in the refrigerator


                                    


osvežavajuća, lagana krema za tople dane ali je odlična i zimi


potrebno je:

3 pakovanja gotovih piškota
1 kg jagoda, može i manje
3 dcl mleka za potapanje piškota


za kremu:

6    jaja
20 dkg šećera
2   vanilij šećera
10 dkg brašna
1l  mleka


izrada:

1.žumanca, šećer, vanilij šećer dobro umutimo,

2.dodamo brašno i mleko,

3.kuvamo na umerenoj vatri uz stalno mešanje,
   kuvamo dok ne provri i 
   još par minuta, pazimo da se ne naprave grudvice (ako dođe do toga razbijemo ih      mikserom)

4.ulupamo čvrst sneg  od belanaca i

5.još dok su žumanca vrela polako ih sjedinimo,da bi se belanca skuvala


sada složimo kremu:

1.na dno činije stavimo polomljene piškote,

2.prelijemo ih sa malo mleka, okrenemo da se ravnomerno natope

3.na to isečemo oprane i očišćene jagode na 2 ili 4 dela u zavisnosti od veličine,

4.stavimo kreme

5.potom opet natopljene piskote u mleku, jagode, krema......

6.završimo sa kremom,

7.ukrasimo jagodama i (ili) šlagom


čuvati u frižideru
