here's a recipe for the
best creps ever !?!? (my Mom's recipe)
3 eggs
1/2 kg flour
2 vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
1.3 l milk
oil for baking
it is about 25 pieces of creps
direction:
1.eggs, vanilla sugar,
salt, mix well,
2.add sifted flour
3.mix slowly,
gradually adding the milk not to make lumps
if you have time let stand 15 minutes,
4.then bake in a pan
with a little oil over high heat to get a light color
5.fill up with jam, nuts,
fresh cheese .... whatever you want
particularly are fine creps filled with
walnuts topped with
Council :
- have a separate pan,
which you can use only for creps,
- after each firing clean with
a napkin to wipe oil,
- do not wash and
certainly not with wire so the pan will not stick next time

3 jajeta
1/2 kg brašna
2 vanilij šećera
prstohvat soli
1,3 l mleka
ulja za pečenje
bude oko 25 komada
uputstvo za rad:
1.jaja,vanilij šećer, so dobro umutite mikserom
2.dodajte prosejano brašno
3.polako mutite uz postepeno dodavanje mleka da se ne naprave grudvice
ako imate vremena ostavite da odstoji 15-ak
minuta i tada pecite
4.pecite u tavi sa malo ulja na jakoj vatri da
dobiju svetlu boju
5.filujte sa pekmezom, orasima, mladim sirom
.... čime poželite
naročito su fine palačinke sa orasima
prelivene
Savet:
- imajte posebnu tavu koju ćete koristiti samo za
palačinke,
- posle svakog pečenja čistom salvetom obrišite
ulje,
- nemojte prati a pogotovo ne žicom jer će vam se lepiti sledeći put
