Nada’s pie with cheese - Nadina pita sa sirom




this is one of the most commonly-made cake in my kitchen,
this pie is light, not too sweet, and because of the cheese and sour taste is refreshing


it is necessary: ​​

350 grams of flour,
150 grams of margarine or butter
50 grams of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder
5 egg yolks
a little milk if necessary

for the filling:

500 grams of cottage cheese – young, dry cottage cheese
1 tablespoon flour
5 egg whites
100 grams of sugar
a little apricot jam, preferably homemade
powdered sugar for dusting

preparation:

1. crumble the margarine (butter) with the flour,
2. add sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder - sift through the sieve, and eggs,
3. knead the dough and
4. divide into two pieces
5. extend a portion of the dough with rolling pin to a thickness of 1 - 1.5 cm 
    the size is about 36x20cm  +edges
6. grease baking pan with margarine (butter), sprinkle with flour and 
7. place the dough inside, with the edges little raised
8. bake the dough for 3 - 5 minutes in the oven that you heat at 175 ° C
9. meanwhile add flour to cheese and mix well
10.beat the egg whites with the sugar in a solid snow and
11.unite cheese and egg whites carefully mixing
12.on the half cold baked dough, put a thin jam
13.add cheese and the other half of the dough
14.with a fork prick the dough so as not to lift and separate the cheese
15.put it back in the oven and
16.bake the next 15 - 20 minutes
17.insert a toothpick to see if the dough is baked
     before you remove, the toothpick should be dry, but be careful not to dry out the dough
18.when the pie is cool cut out and sprinkle with powdered sugar






ovo je jedno od najčešće pravljenih kolača u mojoj kuhinji, pita je lagana, nije jako slatka, a zbog sira i kiselkastog ukusa ona je osvežavajuća

potrebno je:

35 dkg brašna
15 dkg margarina (putera)
 5  dkg šečera
 1  vanilij šećer
 1  prašak za pecivo
 5  žumanaca
malo mleka, po potrebi

za fil:

50 dkg sira, suvog mladog švapskog sira
1 velika kašika brašna
5 belanaca
10 dkg šećera
malo pekmeza od kajsije, po mogućnosti domaćeg
prah šećer za posipanje

izrada:

1. margarin (puter) natrljajte sa brašnom
2. dodajte šećer,vanilij šećer, prašak za pecivo - obavezno prosejte kroz cetku i jaja
3. zamesite testo i
4. podelite na dva dela
5. razvucite jedan deo testa oklagijom na debljinu 1 - 1,5cm
    veličine oko 37x20 cm + uzdignute ivice
6. tepsiju namažite margarinom, pospite brašnom i 
7.položite testo da su ivice malo uzdignute
8. zapecite testo 3 - 5 minuta u rerni koju ste zagrejali na 175°C
9. u međuvremenu siru dodajte brašno i dobro izmešajte
10. belanca ulupajte sa šećerom u čvrst sneg 
11.sjedinite sir i belanca pažljivo mešajući
12.na zapečeno i malo prohlađeno teso razvucite pekmez u tankom sloju
13.dodajte sir i drugu polovinu testa
14.viljuškom izbockajte testo da se ne bi odiglo i odvojilo od sira
15.vratite u rernu i pecite narednih 15 - 20 minuta
16.zabodite čačkalicu da vidite da li je testo pečeno pre nego ga izvadite
17.čačkalica treba da je suva ali pazite da ne presušite testo
18.kad se ohladi secite na komade i pospite prah šećerom
