cherry juice - sok od višnje




you need:
3 kg of cherries - fresh or frozen
1 l of water
sugar - about 3 kg
100 g citric acid
1 preservative

cherries cleaned of peduncles,
wash and take out the seeds,
put in higher courts and
crushes with hands,
add a liter of cold water,
cover and leave in the fridge to rest for 24 hours,

when matured strain liquid and cherries through cheesecloth,
draining well to get as much free liquid as you can,
now measure how much juice you've got,
how many liters of juice you have, the same kilos of sugar have to add,  
add preservative,
add citric acid and
all stir well to dissolve the sugar,

I usually leave for the night, but then must also periodically mixe,
when the sugar has dissolved pour into clean glass bottles and close,

of this quantity should get about 6.5 liters of syrup
- it all depends on how juicy are the cherries,

drink it diluted with water.




potrebno vam je:

3 kg višanja – sveže ili smrznute
1 l vode
šećera - oko 3 kg
100 g limuntusa
1 konzervans

višnje očistite od peteljki,
dobro operite i povadite koštice,

stavite u veći sud i žgnječite rukama,
dodajte litru hladne vode,
pokrijte te ostavite u frižider da odstoji 24h,
kada je odstojalo procedite tekućinu i višnje kroz gazu
dobro cedeći da se što više tekućine oslobodi,
sada izmerite koliko ste soka dobili,
koliko imate litara soka, toliko kilograma šećera treba da dodate,
dodajte limuntus,
dodajte konzervans,
sve dobro izmešajte da se šećer otopi

obično ja ostavim da prenoći ali i tada treba povremeno mešati 

kada se šećer otopio sipajte u čiste staklene flaše i dobro zatvorite

od ove količine bi trebalo dobiti oko 6,5 l sirupa 
- sve zavisi od višnje koliko je sočna


pijte ga razređenog sa vodom
