pie with meat - pita s mesom



Fast and easy pork pie, that can bee served as lunch with a creamy soup or as a dinner,

if you have extra you can freeze it and reheat in the microwave when hungry, 
it will be as fresh baked

it is necessary: ​​

1/2 kg of minced or chopped meat
a little oil
1 onion
little pepper
chopped parsley
salt
some water
45 grams of flour
1 baking powder,
a pinch of salt
4 eggs
1 cup of coffee - small - oil
2  dl of yogurt

dressing:

2 dl cream
2 eggs


preparation:

chop the onion into small cubes and fry it
add the minced meat, salt and pepper,

cook 20 minutes with a little water until the meat become soft,
cool down

heath the oven to 175 ° C
let them warm while the meat cool down and
you make the dough,

mix the dry ingredients -  flour and baking powder
mix the wet ingredients – beat the eggs, add oil and jogurt

now unite and mix well,
add the meat
mix and
pour into oiled baking pan

with mixer, beat 2 eggs,
add the cream,
pour over the dough and
bake for 20 – 25 minutes


serve warm with some dressing like tartar sauce, mayonnaise (homemade!) or with yogurt 

                                            




brza i jednostavna pita s mesom koja može da posluži kao ručak uz neku gušću supu ili kao večera,

ako imate viška možete je zamrznuti i podgrejati u mikrotalasnoj kada ogladnite,
biće kao sveže pečena

potrebno je:
1/2 kg  mlevenog ili seckanog mesa
malo ulja
1 veća glavica crnog luka
malo bibera
seckanog peršuna
dodatak za jelo ili so
malo vode

45 dkg brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
malo soli
4 jajeta
1 šoljica od kafe - mala - ulja
2 dcl jogurta

za preliv:
2 dcl pavlake
2 jajeta 

priprema:

iseckajte luk na kockice i
prodinstajte ga
dodajte meso, so, biber
dinstajte 20 - tak minuta sa malo vode dok ne omekne
prohladite

uključite rernu na 175° neka se zagreje dok se meso prohladi i vi napravite testo
pomešajte suve sastojke - brašno, prašak za pecivo i so

sada sjedinite i dobro izmešajte
dodajte meso

umutite mikserom 2 jajeta i dodajte pavlaku
prelijte preko testa 
pecite 20 - 25 minuta
