preparation:

priprema:
bundevu operemo i isečemo,
na komade desetak santimetara veličine,
izvadimo koštice kašikom i
oljuštimo,
meso bundeve istrenišemo na trake,
posolimo i ostavimo da pusti vodu,
potom dobro iscedimo,
u jednu činiju ulupamo jaja,
dodamo bundevu, brašno, so, biber,
blago ga izmešamo da mnogo ne polomimo bundevu,
u tavi zagrejemo ulje,
vadimo kašikom bundevu,
rastanjimo je što tanje i
pržimo na ulju desetak minuta sa svake strane,
