5 eggs
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons oil
noodles cook in salted water and drain
mix eggs
in a saucepan put 2 tablespoons oil,
when heated pour the noodles and than eggs,
stir gently over low heat until eggs are cooked perfectly
cover the eggs to cook by steaming if it is necessery,
at the end turn up the fire and fry eggs at the bottom to become
crispy - but only a little - because they easily burn,
when serving add salt and pepper
this crisp fried eggs my grandmother scrapers from the pan to us
children,
it was a real treat and that is why we liked to eat the dough with
eggs

kada mi presahnu sve ideje šta za
večeru, a bogami nekada i za ručak, posegnem za testom sa sajajima
ima svega dva sastojka i obično ih uvek svi imamo kod kuće
potrebno je:
400g rezanaca - može gotovih a može i domaćih iz vlastite
proizvodnje
5 jaja
malo soli
bibera
2 kašike ulja
Rezance skuvamo u slanoj vodi i ocedimo
ulupamo jaja
u šerpu stavimo 2 kašike ulja,
kad je zagrejano sipamo testo a potom jaja,
mešamo pažljivo na laganoj vatri dok se jaja ne ispeku
malo poklopimo da bi se jaja lakše skuvala u pari,
na kraju malo pojačamo vatru da bi zahvatilo šerpu i
jaja na dnu postala reš pečena - ali samo malo - jer
lako zagori kada poslužimo, posolimo i pobiberimo
ta reš pečena
jaja koja je baka strugala sa dna šerpe su nama deci bila prava poslastica i
zbog toga smo voleli jesti testo sa jajima
