kaiserschmarrn - császármorzsa ili carske mrvice




I do not know our name for this dish, my family call it MRVICE
on Internet I found as caesarean omelet,

comes from Austria and is among their most famous cookies
it was a favorite delicacy of Emperor Franz Joseph I,
therefore, so is called - Kaiserschmarrn,
literally translated imperial crumbs,
it is made and served often in Austria, Hungary (császármorzsa) and surrounding countries such as Bavaria, Slovenia, Croatia and Vojvodina,
I've been looking over the Internet,

there are some anecdotes how the dish was created.
today it's made in several ways,
I'm used to make it according to the recipe of my grandmother

it is necessary: ​​
1/4l flour
1/4l semolina
1/2l of milk
4 whole eggs
50g sugar
3 tablespoons oil
pinch of salt
sour jam
powdered sugar

production of kaiserschmarrn:  
flour and semolina mix and
pour with cold milk,
leave to rest for an hour,
egg yolks mix with sugar and salt foamily,
the egg white mix in the hard snow,
and gently mix together with flour, semolina and egg yolks,
heat the oil in a pot and
pour the dough (the pot should be large enough to be able easy to rotate the dough),
bake one side of kaiserschmarrn,
and than the other side of  kaiserschmarrn and
than begin to cut the dough until it is fully baked,



it will slowly begin to crumble how we cut it,
we serve the kaiserschmarrn with sour jam - some as apricots, blackberries or raspberries
or just sprinkle it with powdered sugar

ne znam naš naziv za ovo jelo moji ga zovu MRVICE,
na interneru sam našla naziv carski omlet,
inače potiče iz Austrije i nalazi se među najpoznatijim njihovim slatkišima,
bio je omiljena poslastica cara Franza Josifa I ,
zato se i zove - kaiserschmarrn,
doslovno prevedeno carske mrvice,
sprema se i služi često u Austriji, Mađarskoj, 
i okolnim zemljama kao što su Bavarska, Slovenija, Hrvatska i Vojvodina,
malo sam tržila po internetu pa bi vam preporučila da pročitate o tome na Wikipediji ako vas interesuje,
ima par anegdota kako je jelo nastalo, 
danas se pravi na nekoliko načina,
ja sam navikla da ih pravim po receptu moje bake

potrebno je:
1/4l brašna
1/4l griza
1/2l mleka
4 cela jajeta
50g šećera
3 kašike ulja 
prstohvat soli
kiselkasti pekmez ili
prah šečer

izrada mrvice:
brašno i griz pomešamo i
prelijemo hladnim mlekom,
ostavimo da odstoji 1 sat,
žumanca sa šećerom i soli penasto umutimo,
dodamo u masu
belanca umutimo u tvrdi sneg,
i blago umešamo,
u šerpi zagrejemo ulje i ulijemo masu,





(treba uzeti dovoljno veliku šerpu da bi mogli lako okretati testo)
pustimo da se malo zapeče jedna strana,pa druga strana i počnemo da sečemo mrvice dok se sasvim ne ispeče,
ono će se polako početi raspadati u mrvice kako ga budemo sekli,
mrvice služimo sa pekmezom - nekim kiselkastim kao kajsija, kupina ili malina ili ga samo pospemo prah šečerom

  3. ovo je po receptu moje bake, ja ga poznajem samo ovako, ali sada pišući ovaj tekst i gledajući po internetu vidim da ima bez griza, da ga neki zapeku u rerni, da ga služe sa voćem...
