for stuffed
eggplant we need:
3 bigger eggplants
1/2kg minced meat
a little oil
1 onion
1 dl rice
3 eggs
a pinch of
oregano and basil,
ground pepper on
top teaspoons
grated Parmesan
cheese or the some other you like
preparation:
wash the eggplant,
cut it into two pieces and cook in salted water along with the peel,
cool down,
remove the middle
of the eggplant, the peel had to remain whole
while you’re cook
eggplant slice onion and
fry in a little
oil and
add the meat and
fry as long as all the moisture goes away or to be particularly soft
cook the rice, 1:
4 ratio of rice and water and cooking time around 7 min
after you leave
the lid on,
now chop the
inside of the eggplant, add the meat, add the rice,
add a food
supplement or salt, a pinch of oregano, basil and top tsp ground pepper,
mix 3 eggs and
add to the
meat, eggplant, and rice,
the peel of the eggplant,
arrange in an ovenproof bowl or pan,
fill with the mixture,
pour a little water
into the bowl just to cover the bottom,
bake at 175-180
degrees, 1/2 an hour or until becomes golden
brown,
at the end
sprinkle with cheese the eggplant and put back to the oven for 5 minutes,
serve it with
some dressing like tartar sauce and salad

3 veća patldžan
1/2kg mlevenog mesa
malo ulja
1 glavica luka
1dl pirinča
3 jaja
dodatak jelu ili so
prstohvat origana i bosiljka
biber mleveni na vrh kašičice
rendanog sira parmezana ili sličnog
patlidžan operite, prepolovite i skuvajte u slanoj vodi,
prohladite,
izvadite sredinu pazeći da kora ostane čitava,
dok kuvate isecite glavicu luka i
propržite na malo ulja te
dodajte meso i pržite da nestane sva vlaga i da bude mekano
posebno skuvajte pirinač, 1:4 odnos pirinča i vode a
vreme kuvanja oko 7 min,
posle ostavite poklopljeno,
sada krupno iseckajte unutrašnjost patlidžan,
dodajte u meso,
dodajte pirinač,
posolite ili dodajte dodatak jelu, prstohvat origana, bosiljaka i na vrh kašičice mlevenog bibera
ulupajte 3 jaja i dadajte prohlađenoj masi
kore patlidžan poređajte u vatrostalnu činiju ili pleh,
te punite mešavinom mesa,pirinča i patlidžan
podlijte malo vode u činiju tek da pokrije dno,
pecite na 175 - 180° oko 1/2 sata ili dok ne porumeni,
na samom kraju pospite patlidžan trenisanim sirom i vratite na 5 minuta u rernu
poslužite sa nekim prelivom kao recimo što je tartar sos i salatom
