water
2-3 tablespoons cream
preparation:

1 paradajz srednje veličine
2 -3 čena belog luka
dodatak za jelo
1 kašika aleve paprike
2 male kašičice brašna
vode
2-3-kašike pavlake
postupak kuvanja variva od boranije:
očistimo i sitno iseckamo luk i beli luk
zagrejemo ulje i
propržimo luk i beli luk,
dodamo crvenu papriku i dodatak jelu ili so
malo pržimo na ulju,
pazimo da ne uhvati paprika jer će postati gorka,
dodamo opranu i iseckanu boraniju,
zelenu papriku i paradajz i
podlijemo vodom,
dinstamo boraniju dok ne bude mekana stalno dolivajući vodu,

serviramo varivo od boranije.
