dreams dumplings are a simple treat that seams we forgot
suddenly I found
it on face book and so I remembered my recipe
1l milk
5 eggs
10 teaspoons
sugar
10 teaspoons
flour
5 teaspoons of
sugar in the egg white
½ vanila
preparation:
1. separate the
egg yolks from the egg whites in separate bowls
2. the egg yolks
and sugar mix foamy,
add flour and stir to be free of lumps,
add about 2 dl
cold milk to dilute it all and ½ vanilla
3. mix egg whites, add 5 teaspoons of sugar under constant stirring one by one
4. In a bowl, put
the rest of the milk and cook
(previously pour all over with water that milk does
not stick)
when it starts boiling reduce heat and with spoon put the dumplings
in the milk,
when the milk begins to boil reduce the heat and turn the
dumplings,
cook until it starts to boil again,
reduce heat and remove the
dumplings on a plate,
pour back all the milk from the dumplings in a pot with
milk
5. now stir egg
yolks, sugar and flour and pour to the milk and cook stirring constantly,
it is enough to cook few minutes after boiling
6. pour the cream
in a bowl for serving and then arrange the white dumplings above
7. wait to cool
and serve
jednostavna poslastica a kao da smo je zaboravili
ja je dugo nisam pravila, ček ni unucima
odjednom se eto našla na face booku pa som se i ja prisetila moje
verzije
potrebno je:
1l mleka
5 jaja
10 kašičica šećera
10 kašičica gustina ili brašna
5 kašičica šećera u belance
izrada:
1. razdvojite žumanca od belanaca u posebne činije
2. u žumanca dodajte šećer i umutite penasto
dodajte brašno i izmešajte da bude bez grudvica
dodajte cca 2dl hladnog mleka da sve to razredite i
vanilu
ostavite po strani
3. ulupajte belanca i jedno po jedno dodajte 5 kašičica šećera uz
stalno mešanje
ostavite po strani
4. u jednu posudu stavite da vam se kuva ostatak mleka
(prethodno je oblijte vodom da se mleko ne zalepi)
kada počne da vri smanjite vatru i kašikom vadite nokle od
balanaca u mleko
kada počne da vri mleko smanjite vatru i preokrenite nokle,
kuvajte dok ponovo počne da vri,
smanjite vatru i vadite nokle na tanjir
vratite svo mleko koje se ocedilo iz nokli u šerpu sa
mlekom
5. sada promešajte žumance, šećer i brašno i sipajte u mleko
uz stalno mešanje kuvajte, kada provri dovoljno je par
minuta da se kuva
6. sipajte žutu kremu u posudu za posluženje a potom od gore
poređajte bele nokle
7. sačekajte da se dibro ohladi i poslužite
