This year I was

1 kg of sugar

1 flat tablespoon

2 tablespoons

preparation:
1. I washed the
plums,

Ove godine ja sam kuvala 15 kg pekmeza od šljiva,
to je značilo da moram sve kuvati odjednom ako neću da provedem sate
pored štednjaka,
rešenje je bila katlanka
na 15 kg šljiva ja sam stavila:
1 kg šećera
1 velika kašika klinčića,
1 ravna velika kašika cimeta,
2 kašike esencije vanile Dr Oetker,
2 flašice ukusa ruma Dr Oetker
priprema:
1. trebalo je oprati šljive i povaditi koštice
dodati šećer,
sve dobro izmešati i
ostaviti poklopljeno preko noći na hladnom.
2. sutradan sam zapalila vatru u katlanki,
dodala klinčiće i cimet.
računajući od trenutka
kada je provrilo,
kuvala sam 1 1/2 sat
na jakoj vatri uz stalno
mešanje,
pazeći da ne zagori.
3. sipala sam u flaše pola količine pekmeza od šljiva i
zatrpala ćebadima da se
postepeno ohladi.
4. u drugu polovinu sam sipala cimet i rum i kuvala loš pet
minuta,
sipala u flaše i pokrila.
pekmez je odličan.
