These bread dumplings are used as a side dish with venison or beef that
is made in hunting’s style, with dishes that had a lot of sauce that is poured ower dumplings,
not healthy food, but it is tasty and unusual
3-4 slices of old bread
3 tablespoons oil
1 dl milk
350 g flour
1 egg
1 -2 pcs. boiled
potatoes medium sized
1 teespoons of salt
water
Preparation:
1.cut bread slices into cubes and fry them in a little oil, then
doused with 1 dl milk
2. from flour, eggs, and choped cooked potatoes, with
water, stir a soft dough for dumplings
3.add toasted bread
4.with wet spoon take dumplings and cook them in salted water
until they are soft
gomboci od hleba se koriste kao prilog jelima od divljači ili junetini
koja je spremljena na lovački način, sa jelima koja imaju mnogo sosa koji se preliva po gombocima,
nije zdrava hrana, ali je ukusna i nesvakidašnja
za gomboce potrebno je:
3-4 kriške hleba
3 kašike ulja
1dl mleka
350 g brašna
1 jaje
1 -2 kom. kuvana krompira srednje veličine
1 kašičica soli
vode
priprema:
1. kriške hleba isecite na kockice i propržite ih na malo ulja, pa
polite sa 1 dl mleka
2. od brašna, jaja, i trenisanog kuvanog krompira sa vodom
umešajte meko testo za gomboce
3. dodajte prženi hleb
4. vadite gomboce mokrom kašikom i kuvajte ih u slanoj vodi dok ne
budu mekani
