1 onion
2 tablespoons oil

1 bunch parsley

flour
water
a little milk
1 tablespoon sour
cream
preparation:
1.chopp onion and
fry it in oil
2 add cleaned
pea, add salt, add sugar and pour water, cook
3.add chopped parsley
leafs
4.fry until the
water evaporated and the pea is cooked
5.flour mix with
a little water and add to the pea
6.pour little
water and milk, cook the flour
7.before serving
mix with tablespoon sour cream
grašak je odličan dodatak pohovanom ili pečenom
mesu u svako doba godine,
ukusnan prilog i od svežeg i od zamrznutog graška
ja ga često pravim bez obzira na godišnje doba
potrebno je:
500g graška
1 glavica luka
2 kašike ulja
so ili dodatak jelu
2-3 male kašike šećera
1 vezica peršunovog lista
2 kašike brašna
vode
malo mleka
1 kašika pavlake
priprema:
1.iseckamo luk i propržimo ga na ulju
2. dodamo očišćeni grašak, posolimo, dodamo šećer i nalijemo vode
da ogrezne, dinstamo
3.pred karaj dodamo sitno iseckan peršun
4.dolivamo vode dok grašak ne omekša a potom voda ispari
5.brašno umutimo sa malo vode i dodamo u grašak
6.dodamo vode i malo mleka da skuvamo brašno
7.pre posluženja umešamo kašiku pavlake
