sweet rolls-wespiary - osinje gnezdo



an old recipe of my grandmother from Dad's side

for dough we need:

450 g flour
2 eggs
40 g margarine
1 yeast
40 g sugar
1.8 dl milk

filling:

100 g margarine
2 bags of vanilla sugar
100g raisins

for over flow:

3.5 dl milk
100g sugar

method of operation:

1. in warm milk and sugar we put the yeast to grow,
2. measure and sift flour, add the eggs and raised yeast,
3. knead the dough,
   towards the end, mix the dissolved margarine,
4. cover and leave in a warm to double the size (about 40 to 50 minutes),
5. mortar the dough with a rolling pin,  
6. mix foamy 100 g of margarine and 2 bags of vanilla sugar and grease over dough,
7. sprinkle raisins  
8. now wrap the dough in a strudel and
9. cut into pieces about 3 cm
    my casserole is in size 20x37cm, and I cut into 12 pieces - 
    the number of piece depends on the size of containers in which    you bake, 
    also it may be round but deep enough,
10.place upright pieces, brush with egg and sprinkle with granulated      sugar of the  above
11.leave in a warm at least half an hour, the dough to rise
12.for the time, you turn on the oven to 180 °C
    when you put the rolls inside reduce to 175 degrees
    if you see they are very yellow may need to protect the cake with aluminum foil from the       above and bake for 15 min
13.in the meantime, cook the milk and sugar, and after 15 minutes of baking slowly   pour          over the cake,
14.bake another 10 minutes on lower temperature,
15.wait for a cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.



stari recept od moje bake sa tatine strane

za testo je potrebno:
400 g brašna
2 jaja
40 g margarina
1 kvasac 
40 g šećera
1,8 dl mleka

nadev:
100 g margarina
2 kesice vanilij šećera
100g grožđica

preliv:
3,5 dl mleka
100g šećera

1. u toplo mleko i šećer stavimo kvasac da naraste
2. izmerimo i prosejemo brašno, dodamo jaja i dignuti kvasac
3. umesimo testo,
    pred kraj, umesimo i otopljeni margarin,
4. pokrijemo i ostavimo na toplo da udvostruči veličini (oko 40 do 50 minuta)
5. razvučemo oklagijom testo
6. umutimo penasto 100 g margarina i 2 kesice vanilij šećera i premažemo po razvučenom       testu
7. pospemo gržđice
8. sada umotamo testo u jednu štrudlu i isečemo na komade oko 3cm veličine
    moja tepsija  je 20x37cm i ja režem na 12 komada - 
    broj komada zavisi od veličine posude u kojoj pečete, 
    može biti i okrugla samo da je dovoljno duboka, recimo šerpa
9. posadite komade uspravno, premažite jajetom i pospite od gore kristal šećerom
10.ostavite na toplom bar pola sata da testo naraste 
11.za to vreme upalite rernu na 180° a kada stavite testo unutra smanjite na 175°
    ako vidite da jako rumeni možda ćete morati od gore zaštititi kolač da ne izgori                       alufolijom,
12.pecite 15 min
13.u međuvremenu skuvajte mleko i šećer i posle 15 minuta pečenja polako prelijte preko          kolača
14.smanjite vatru i dopecite još 10 minuta
15.sačekajte da se kolač dobro prohladi i pospite prah šećerom
