Quick, easy and delicious vegetable soup
1.5l water
2 small parsley
2 small carrots
1-2 tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1 small potato
1 small onion
food supplement or salt
3-4 peppercorn
for dumplings:
1 egg
semolina
chopped parsley
2-3 drops of vinegar
preparation:
clean vegetables, wash and chop,
add the vegetables in cold salty water and
cook for 15 to 20 minutes
make dumplings:
mix one whole egg,
add semolina, that the mass is not too hard,
add vinegar and
finely chopped parsley,
leave to rest for a bit and
make dumplings with spoon in the boiling soup,
cook for twenty minutes,
serve warm

Brza, jednostavna i ukusna supa od
povrća
potrebno je:
1.5l vode
2 manja peršuna
2 manje šargarepa
1-2 paradajza
1 manja paprika
1 krompir
1 manji luk
dodatak jelu ili so
3-4 bibera u zrnu
za knedle:
1 jaje
griza
sitno naseckanog peršuna
2-3 kapi sirćeta
priprema:
očistite povrće, operite i usitnite
dodajte povrće u hladnu vodu
posolite i kuvajte 15 -20 minuta
napravite knedle:
ulupajte jedno celo jaje
dodajte griza da masa nije tvrda
sirće,
sitno seckan peršunov list,
ostavite da odstoji malo
pa vadite kašičicom knedle u supu koja vri,
kuvajte dvadesetak minuta
služite toplo
