It’s fall and carrots time. This sweet roots are perfect. On farmer markets you can finde healthy, nice and cheap carrots. Use them for delicious side dish.
5-6 peaces medium size carrots
1 small onion
a little oil,
sugar 2-3 small teaspoons
salt to taste
1 flat tablespoon
flour
milk about 1 – 1,5dl
preparation:
1.minced onion fry
in a little oil,
2 add sliced carrots,
3 pour a little wated
to carrots and
4.cook about 10 -
15 minutes,
5.mix the flour and
a little milk and add the carrots,
6.chop carrots with fork,
7.add some more
milk you need and cook for about 5 minutes,
serve with roast
or fried meat.

šargarepe.Ovo slatko korenje je odlično. Na pijacama sada možete naći zdrave,
lepe i jeftine plodove šargarepe.Upotrebite ih za odličan čišpajz.
za 3 osobe potrebno vam je:
5-6 komada šargarepe srednje
veličine
1 mala glavica luka
malo ulja
soli po potrebi
šećera po ukusu
1 ravna kašika brašna
mleka oko 1 – 1,5 dl
priprema:
1.isečeni luk prodinstamo na
malo ulja,
2.dodamo na kolutove rezane
šargarepe i
3.nalijemo vodom da
šargarepa malo viri,
4.skuvamo je, oko 10 - 15
minuta,
5.brašno razmitimo u malo
mleka i dodamo u šargarepe,
6.viljuškom usitnite šargarepe,
7.dodamo još mleka koliko je
potrebno i kuvamo još oko 5 minuta.
služimo uz pečeno ili pohovano meso
