Alfredo is a newer prescription in my collection
of recipes,
I got it from my daughter,
usually I make it for dinner but sometimes for
lunch too,
1 soup cube
2/3 cup of 2 dl water
2 dl heavy cream
200 g of cheese
300 g salami
pepper
preparation:
1.in
salted water cook the noodles and drain,
2.plane
cheese
3.cut on
cubes the salami
4.in a separate
saucepan cook the soup cube a few minutes (make a bujon),
5.add heavy
cream
6.cheese
7.and
sliced salami
8.little
boil and pour over the pasta,
9.add
pepper
10.mix well
serve with salad
Alfredo je noviji recept u mojoj zbirci
recepata,
dobila sam ga od svoje ćerke,
najčešće ga pravim za večeru ali ponekad i za
ručak
potrebno je:
500 g rezanaca
1-2 kocke za supu
2/3 šolje od 2dcl vode
2 dcl pavlake
200 g sira
300 g parizera
bibera
priprema:
1.u slanoj
vodi skuvajte rezance, i ocedite
2.izrendajte
sir
3.na
kockice narežite parizer
4.u posebnoj
šerpi u vodi prokuvati kocku za supu par minuta,
5.dodati
pavlaku,
6.izrendan
sir.
7.na
kockice narezan parizer
8.malo prokuvajte
i prelijte preko testa,
9.pobiberite
po ukusu
10.sve dobro izmešajte
služite sa salatom
