I make cornbread mostly with feta cheese, but it is delicious alone,
without, too. There can be added other ingredients such as spinach or Swiss chard.
For
this amount you need about a ½ kg of Swiss chard or spinach, cooked in
water, cooled and cuted a little.
From
what we add to the cornbread the taste will depend on.
Corn
bread can be served as an appetizer or as a main dish – for dinner it is fine
with yogurt or sour milk.
There
are different variations compared to ingredients in the recipe.
Over
the years, I have come to the conclusion that we, ie. my family (read: me) this recipe fits
most.
I
want to share it with you. Maybe
you just remarket the ideal recipe for cornbread according to your taste!
The recipe is simple, everything is
measured by a glass of 2 dl.
First
turn the oven to 170 ° C and start.
So,
it is necessary:
A.dry ingredients:
1 cup corn semolina
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup semolina
baking powder
1 flat teaspoon salt
B.wet ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 ½ cups yogurt
C.2 large cubes Feta
cheese from packs of ½ kg.
Development:
1.mix
dry ingredients
2.mix

4.crumble

20 - 25 minutes to get a nice brown
color.
It is baked, when it is separated from the
pan, or the toothpick you stab in is dry.
Proju
načešće pravim sa feta sirom, ali je ona ukusna i sama bez nje, a može joj se
dodati i još drugih stvari kao što je špenet ili blitva.
Na ovu
količinu trebe oko pola kilograma špenata ili blitve koju skuvamo u vodi, ohladimo
i malo isečemo.
Od toga šta
ćemo dodati zavisiće i ukus same proje.
Proju
možete služiti kao predjelo ali i kao glavno jelo – večeru
Fina je uz
jogurt ili kiselo mleko.
Ima raznih
varijacija odnosa namirnica u receptu. Tokom godina, ja sam došla do zaključka
da nama, tj. mojima u porodici (čitaj meni) ovaj recept najviše odgovara.

jednostavan. Sve se meri čašom od 2 dl.
Prvo uključite
rernu na 170°C i počnite praviti,
Dakle
potrebno je:
A. suvi sastojci:
1 čaša kukuruznog griza
1 čašao bičnog brašna
1 šaša griza
1 prašak za pecivo
ravna mala kašičica soli
B.mokri sastojci:
3 jaja
1 čaša ulja
1 ½ čaše
jogurta
C.2 velike kocke feta sira iz pakovanja od ½ kg.
Izrada:
1.izmešati
suve sastojke
2.ismešati
mokre sastojke
3.sjediniti
4.umrviti
feta sir
5.nauljiti
tepsiju i
6 sipati
testo u nju
7.peći 20 –
25 minuta, da dobije lepu smeđu boju.
Proja je pečena i kada se sa strane odvoji od tepsije, ili pak ako ubodete čačkalicu ona ostane suva.
