this is my recipe for a gibanica, for pan 22x38 cm,
gibanica
can be served also as an appetizer, during some holidays, but then you have to
adjust the amount to the number of guests
my
gibanica is made from:
500
g of pie crust for gibanica
500
g fresh cottage cheese
1
teespoon salt
4
eggs
1.5
- 2 dl yoghurt
1
dl acid / mineral water highly aerated,
about
50g of butter - is not necessarily
little
oil
making:
heat
the oven to 175 ° C and while it warms arrange gibanica,
mix
cheese and eggs and
add
the yogurt and mineral water

unite,
grease
a baking pan with a little oil,
place
a folded dough/crust greased with oil, place so to make sides that cheese does not
leak out,

another folded crust so that there will be four layers of dough / crust and that
each layer with one side is oiled,

another 2 folded crust and pour with cheese,

ovo je moj recept za gibanicu za tepiju 22x38 cm
nije velika količina ali za tročlanu porodicu za
jedan ručak dovoljno
može se služiti i kao predjelo prilikom nekih
praznika ali tada količinu morate prilagoditi broju gostiju
pravi se od:
500 g tanke kore za gibanicu
500 g svežeg švapskog sira
1 mala kašičica soli
4 jaja
1,5 - 2 dl jogurta
1 dl kisele/mineralne vode jako gazirane
oko 50g putera - nije obavezno
malo ulja
izrada:
zagrejte rernu na 175 °C i za vreme dok se ona
greje složite gibanicu
izmešajte sir i jaja i dodajte
jogurt i kiselu vodu
sve sjedinite
tepsiju namažite sa malo ulja,
u nju položite jednu presavijenu nauljenu koru,
tako da malo obložite stranice da sir ne iscuri,
pa još jednu tako da ima četiri sloja testa/kore
i da je svaki sloj s jedne strane nauljen,
sada stavite sira da svugde bude po testu,
položite ponovo dve savijene kore ali sada ne
morate oblagati stranice,
ponovo stavite sir i tako sve dok ne potrošite
sir i kore,
poslednji sloj treba da budu kore na koje od
gore složite malo seckanog putera,
ali možete i samo blago nauljiti kore,
pecite 25-30 minuta
ako vam od gore bude brzo počelo tamneti
prekrijte alu –folijom
služite toplo
