potato with bacon – krompirača sa slaninom





a dish that is easy to make, quickly baked, plentiful and above all tasty 

you need :

potatoes (red) about 1kg can be a little more
4-5 large  onions
bacon how many you have
2 tsp sweet paprika and
cayenne if you like,
salt and dried vegetables (I use Aleva),
water, approximately 1/2 l

preparation:

cut bacon on a not too thinly slieces
cut onions in half and than on slices
peel the potatoes and cut into oblong slices

now all agrange in the pan:
1.the bottom grease with some bacon,
2.the onion lay on the bottom to cover,
3.add the sliced ​​potatoes,
4.add salt and the red pepper,
5.pour the water,
6.on the top, arrange the bacon
7.bake at 175 ° C for about half an hour,
  stir sometimes with spatula to wet all the potatoes in the water and pepper,
  it's finished when the potato is soft
  remains a little gravy at the bottom,
  turn off the oven and leave the dish for about 5 minutes in the oven
  let potatoes to collect all the flavor of onion and bacon
8.serve with salad






jelo koje se leko sprema, brzo je gotovo, izdašno je i nadasve ukusno

potrebno je:

krompira (crvenog) oko 1kg može i malo više
luka 4-5 velikih glavica
slanine koliko već imate
kašičica dve aleve slatke paprike a ko voli ljuto može dodati i malo ljute,
so ili dodatak jelu (ja koristim Alevu)
vode oko 1/2 l

priprema:

isečete slaninu na ne suviše tanke ploške
isečete luk na pola pa na šnite
oljuštite krompir i isečete na duguljasto

sada sve složite u pleh,
1.namažite dno sa malo slanine,
2.položite nasečeni luk na dno da sve pokrije,
3.dodajte narezani krompir, 
4.posolite i dodajte crvenu papriku,
5.nalijte sa vodom da ogrezne,
6.od gore poređajte slaninu, 
7.pecite na 175° oko pola sata,
   za vreme pečenja promešajte lopaticom da se sav krompir smoči      u vodi i paprici,
   gotovo je kada krompir bude mekan a safta ostane malo na dnu,
   isključite rernu i ostavite jelo oko 5 minuta u rerni da krompir           pokupi sav ukus luka i slanine,
8.služite uz salatu
