we need:
500g spinach (for
3 pesons)
1 teaspoon baking
soda
3 tablespoons oil
2-3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons
flour
milk
salt or food
supplement
water
preparation:
1. spinach wash,
and cook in water with adding a spoonful baking soda,
drain well and chop into small peaces
2. chop the onion
and fry on a little oil
3. add a little
chopped garlic and fry
4. add spinach, salt
and fry it a little
5. add the flour
and fry too
6. now add some
water, and all well mix into a smooth thick mass
7. add milk to dilute
to the desired density
8. cook on low
heath until the onion is soft
9. serve the spinach with
bread in the egg or fried eggs
Potrebno nam je:
500g špenata (za 3 osobe)
1 mala kašika soda bikarbone
3 kašike ula
1 glavica luka
2-3 čena belog luka
3 kašike brašna
mleko
soli ili dodatak jelu
voda
priprema:
1. špenat operemo, skuvamo u vodi sa soda bikarbonom,
dobro ocedimo i iseckamo na sitno
2. glavicu luka iseckamo isto sitno i propržimo na malo ulja
3. dodamo seckani beli luk malo propržimo
4. dodamo seckani špenat, posolimo i pržimo ga malo
5. dodamo brašno i još malo ga pržimo
6. dodamo malo vode i sve dobro izmešamo u glatku gustu masu
7. dodamo mleko da razredimo do željene gustoće
8. kuvamo na laganoj vatri da luk bude sasvim mekan da se ne
oseti
9. poslužimo špenat sa hlebom u jajetu ili jajima na oko
