much faster and healthier way of frying eggplant
1 large eggplant
salt
3 eggs
200 g flour
breadcrumbs
flax
sesame
little oil
preparation:
1.peel the eggplant, slice, season with salt and let stand for about half an hour

iscedite ga
2.uvaljajte patlidžan komad po komad u brašno
ulupajte jaja, i umočite
patlidžan u jaja
pa pomešajte
mrvice, susam i lan i uvaljajte svako parče patlidžana u smesu
3.patlidžan ređajte na pleh sa papirom za pečenje
po svakom parčetu
prelite malu kašiku ulja
4 pecite u rerni na 175° dok ne porumeni – trebalo bi istovremano da porumeni i gornja i donja strana, ako ne preokrenite
