oven fried eggplant, with sesame and flax - pohovani patlidžan u rerni sa susamom i lanom



much faster and healthier way of frying eggplant

needed:

1 large eggplant 
salt
3 eggs
200 g flour breadcrumbs
flax
sesame
little oil

preparation:

1.peel the eggplant, slice, season with salt and let stand for about half an hour  

2.squeeze the eggplant,
   roll piece by piece in flour
   beat the egg and eggplant dip into the eggs and
   mix crumbs, sesame and flax, and roll each slice of eggplant in the mixture

3.eggplant Rack up on a baking sheet with parchment paper
   on every piece spilled a small spoon oil

4.bake in oven at 175 degrees until become golden brown - it should turns yellow   in the        same time, the upper and lower side, if not do turn

5. serve warm




mnogo brži i zdraviji način pohovanja patlidžana 

potrebno je:

1 veći plavi patlidžan
soli
3 jaja
brašno
oko 200 g prezle
susama
lana
malo ulja

priprema: 

1. oljuštite patlidžan, isecite, posolite i ostavite da odstoji oko pola sata
   iscedite ga

2.uvaljajte patlidžan komad po komad u brašno
   ulupajte jaja, i umočite patlidžan u jaja  
   pa pomešajte mrvice, susam i lan i uvaljajte svako parče patlidžana u smesu

3.patlidžan ređajte na pleh sa papirom za pečenje
   po svakom parčetu prelite malu kašiku ulja

4 pecite u rerni na 175° dok ne porumeni – trebalo bi istovremano da porumeni i gornja           i donja strana, ako ne preokrenite

5. služite toplo
