for minced meat patties it is necessary:
500g minced pork meat from the leg
2 - 3 eggs
1 small onion
2 -3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon dish addition
1 tablespoon minced red peppers
1 teaspoon ground pepper
3 tablespoons bread crumbs or a piece of bread
0,5 dl of milk
preparation:
finely cut onion and garlic,
add the meat and all spices,
eggs,
add bread crumbs or bread that we soaked in milk,
all mixed thoroughly, fist pressing down all the
ingredients,
until you get a uniform mass,
make round patties,
flatten them to a thickness of approximately 1 - 2 cm,
bake them in hot oil at not too much heat for about 15
minutes on each side,
serve with mashed potatoes, potato zuschpeis, thick bean
or
with some salad.
za faširano meso je potrebno:
500g mlevenog svinjskog mesa od
buta
2 - 3 jajeta
1 manja glavica luka
2 -3 čena belog luka
1 supena kašika dodatka za jelo
1 supena
kašika crvene mlevene paprike

mala kašika mlevenog bibera

supene kašike prezle ili parče hlaba

dl mleka
priprema:
sitno
izrežemo luk i beli luk,
dodamo
mesu kao i sve začine,
jaja,
dodamo
prezlu ili hleb koji smo prethodno potopili u mleko,
sve
dobro izmešamo pesnicom pritiskajući sve sastojke nadole
dok ne dobijemo
ujednačenu masu
oblikujemo
okrugle fašire,
spljoštimo
ih na debljinu oko 1 – 2 cm
pečemo
ih u vrelom ulju na ne suviše jakoj vatri oko 15 minuta na svakoj strani
služimo
uz krompir pire, varivo od krompira ili gusti pasulj a može i samo sa nekom
salatom.
