it's necessary:

1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar

3 large teaspoon of mustard

preparation:

domaća majoneza se može brzo i jednostavno napraviti ako se prate osnovna uputstva o pripremi,

najvažnije je da imate sveže i zdravo jaje kupljeno kod pouzdanog prodavca i da je sobne temperature,
ulje se mora polako dodavati u malom količinama uz stalno mešanje i ... to je to,

za manje od deset minuta dobili ste ukusnu majonezu,

potrebno je:

1 jaje
1 kašičica šećera
½ kašičice soli
3 veće kašičice senfa

majonez treba da je čvrst kao sneg od belanjaka.

kada je gotov prebacite ga u flašu sa dobrim zatvaračem i čuvajte u frižideru,

može dugo da stoji,

možete mu dodati pavlake da bude manje mastan,
