1 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 small tablespoon Cayenne
red peppers
1 onion
1 carrot
1 parsley
1 larger potato
some celery leaves
1 dl milk
some sour cream
preparation:
heat the oil and
fry 2 tablespoons flour,
remove from heat and
add red peppers,
mix,
put back to the fire and
add about 1.5 l of cold
water,
add carrots ane parsley cuted to rings,
cuted onions and
potatoes cuted into cubes,
celry leaves,
let boil the soup, and then
lower the fire, than
on low heat, with occasional
mixing, cook about 1-1.5 hour,
at the end add 1 dl milk,
serve warm in a plate with a teaspoon of sour cream.
za starinsku krompir čorbu
potrebno je
1 kašike ulja
2 kašike brašna
1 manja kašika aleve crvene
paprike
1 luk
1 šargarepa
1 zelen
1 veći krompir
malo celerovog lišća
1 dl mleka
malo pavlake
priprema:
zagrejemo ulje i
na njemu ispržimo 2 kašike
brašna,
skinemo sa vatre i
dodamo crvene paprike,
promešamo,
vratimo na vatru i dodamo oko
1,5 l hladne vode,
dodamo na kolutiće izrezanu
šargarepu,
izrezan luk i
na kocke izrezani krompir,
celerovo lišće,
pustimo da čorba uzavri - pazite da ne izleti jer ima brašna, i
tada smanjimo vatru, te
na laganoj vatri uz
povremeno mešanje kuvamo oko 1 -1,5 sat,
kada je čorba gotova dodamo
1 dl mleka,
služimo toplo u tanjiru u
koji smo stavili 1 kašičicu pavlake
